  Jacques Bermon Webster, II (born April 30, 1991) is and also known as Travis Scott (previously Travi$ Scott) is an American rapper. He is also a singer, songwriter record producer, singer, and songwriter. The stage name he uses is the name of a favorite uncle combined with the first name of one of his heroes, Kid Cudi (whose real name is Scott Mescudi).In 2012, Scott signed his first major label contract with Epic Records and a publishing deal with Kanye West's GOOD Music. He signed a joint recording deal with Epic Records and T.I. He is signed to Epic as well as T.I.'s Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's first long-form album, Owl Pharaoh, was self-released in the year 2013. In 2013 Scott self-released the mixtape Owl Phaoh. Another mixtape, Days Before Rodeo was released in 2014. Rodeo (2015) Rodeo, his debut album on the studio, featured the hit single "Antidote". The second album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was the first Billboard 200 top 100 album. The following year, Scott released a collaborative album with Quavo called Huncho Jack, Jack Huncho under the band name Huncho Jack.In 2018 his third studio album, Astroworld, was released to critical acclaim and produced the first Billboard Hot 100 number one single, "Sicko Mode" (featuring Drake). Scott's Cactus Jack Records release the compilation album JackBoys in late 2019. This album topped the Billboard 200. Scott's hit single "Franchise" with Young Thug, M.I.A. and other artists, came out. Scott was the first artist to be ranked number one on the Hot 100 with three songs in less than one year.
