Milana

Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub is an American actress, comedian and activist. Born in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents, she began her career as a child actor soon after her move to the United States. Her most well-known work is her appearances in AT&T television commercials. In these commercials, she was Lily Adams (2013 to 2016) and then 2020 (since 2020 (from). She was also a regular series regular on the Yahoo! Screen science fiction comedy Other Space (2015). She also played the role of a regular character on the NBC drama This Is Us (2016)-2017. Vayntrub was initially selected to voice the character Squirrel Girls in Marvel Rising's pilot that was never aired for New Warriors in 2018, was voiced in that role since. Vayntrub was Jewish and was born in Tashkent in the Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic. Her parents, who were at the age of two, came to America to escape antisemitism. They moved to West Hollywood. Due to the family's financial troubles and her own financial struggles, she began acting in Mattel Barbie commercials as a five-year-old. Vayntrub briefly attended Beverly Hills High School, however, she quit in her sophomore year. She obtained a GED and went to pursue an Associate of Arts in Communication at the University of California, San Diego. She studied improv comedy with the Upright Citizens Brigade.
